I had to return an order and was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but it ended up going smoothly. They replied quickly, and my refund came through without too much back and forth. Of course, I would’ve preferred not to need a return in the first place, but I’m happy with how they handled everything

I ordered a few LED fixtures and overall had a good experience. The website was simple to use, and the prices felt fair to me. Everything arrived and worked like it should. One of the boxes was a little banged up when it got here, but the lights inside were fine, so no real issue there.
